Citizens of Poland can apply for a Visitor visa, for a period of 3, 6 and 12 months also at the Embassy.
The length of stay granted is determined by Migration Regulations. Applicants should apply for the length of time that they truly desire, because applications for longer stays are assessed more stringently then those for shorter stays.
To lodge a Visitor visa application at the Embassy takes around 2 weeks and you need to provide:

An application Form 48RPOL.

A recent photograph.

Valid passport.

A letter of employment confirming your position, period of employment, salary and approved leave, proof or sufficient funds to cover your travel, accommodation & all costs.

We prefer bank statements from the 3 most recent months-showing balance and salary deposits.

If you are self-employed and you own business, show proof of business ownership and arrangements in place for the business while you are overseas. You will need to show proof of your income presenting documentation from the taxation office.

If you are a student, documentation to confirm current enrolment or approved absence.

A letter of invitation from the family member or contact in Australia, including their telephone number and full address indicating the type of support they are prepared to offer. We accept invitations, which are sent by ordinary mail, fax or e-mail.Details for Australian supporters.

If a child is accompanying you to Australia, we require a separate application with written consent to travel from the parent remaining in the home country, certified by a Notary Public, and an original full Birth Certificate.

If you are aged 75 or more, a recent certificate on your health condition from one of the Embassy’s Panel Doctors and comprehensive health insurance
Visitors are strongly recommended to obtain comprehensive health insurance prior to travel.
