Evidencing visas granted by another office

 
If you have received written notification from another DIAC office processing your application that your visa has been granted and that you may collect your visa label in Warsaw, you should send your passport together with the copy of the letter that you received to our postal address.

It will generally take less than a week to return your passport to you. Please attach a self-addressed envelope with stamps for registered mail. If you prefer to have you passport sent back by a courier, please advise us of that in writing. You will have to pay for the service on delivery. Please, just in case, give your contact phone number.

Alternatively, you may request an appointment to attend our office, however, please note that we may not be able to evidence your visa the same day.
