Payment of Immigration Fees in Poland
Immigration fees can be paid by credit and debit cards or by cash. All fees must be paid in Polish zlotys and they are not refundable.

If you wish to pay by a credit card and you send your application by post, you need to complete a separate authorisation form (pdf). Credit card details have to be completed and authorisation form has to be signed and attached to your application for a visa. Only Visa and MasterCard are acceptable for such payments.

If you wish to pay by a debit card Visa Electron and Maestro you have to the Embassy and pay in person.

If you wish to pay by cash you have to come to the Visa Section as well. We do not accept money postal orders and bank transfers.
Application fees can also be paid on your behalf directly in the offices of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) in Australia. The receipt issued in Australia should be attached to the application lodged at the Embassy. The receipt may also be faxed to our office at + 48 22 627 3510.
Please note that you will need to make arrangements for the return of your passport. You can either indicate that you wish for your passport to be returned by courier at your cost, or include in your credit card authority an additional 3 PLN.
