eVisitor and Business 456 Visa
Citizens of Poland can apply for either an eVisitor or 456 Business Visa to visit Australia for business purposes. Activities include attending meetings and negotiations, conference, inspecting a site or exploring business opportunities. The proposed activities must not have adverse effect on employment or training opportunities of Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents.
You can also undertake tourism activities or visit family or friends while on a business visit visa.
eVisitor
An eVisitor can be applied for online and is free. It allows a stay of maximum 3 months on each visit within a 12 month period from date of grant.
Business 456 Visa
A Business 456 Visa for a stay of up the 3 months can be applied for at an Australia Embassy.
You will need to provide:

An application for temporary business entry visa, Form 456 (pdf)

A supporting letter from your employer

Invitation from Australia

If you conduct your own business show proof of business ownership and financial position and history of your bank account

Valid passport, please ensure that your passport has at least one page available for sticking-in a visa
An application for a business visa 456 should be lodged in advance , please do not wait till the very last moment.
There is no fee applicable for lodgement of 456 business visas.
