1. Client appointments:

Clients who would like to lodge a visa application or make an enquiry in person at the Australian Embassy in Warsaw are required to make an appointment by calling + 48 22 521 34 44, Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 13.00.

Please note: all visa applications may be lodged by mail/courier; there is no need to make an appointment to come in person to the Embassy (our Postal Address is set out below). If you choose to lodge an application in person at the Embassy, we may not be able to make a decision regarding your application on the same day.
