Emergency assistance to Australians


IN CASE OF EMERGENCY during Office Hours, please contact the Embassy in Warsaw or the Consulate in Prague as soon as possible.

If you are in Poland and need help in an emergency outside the Embassy's office hours, please call the Consular Emergency Centre. All you need to do is ring 00 800 611 1207 (this is a free phone call which immediately directs you to someone who can assist - 24 hours per day).

If you are in the Czech Republic and need help in an emergency, please telephone 'Australian direct' on 00 42 006 101 and ask the operator to connect you, reverse charges, to the Consular Emergency Centre - telephone 02 62 611 446. This will connect you to someone who can assist - 24 hours per day.
